Shipments and new products are arriving every few days. Please contact me at Amber@punkerdoopsdiapers.com if there is anything that is not in stock that you are looking for. Chances are the item has already been ordered and I can let you know when it will be in. I am always willing to do special orders and am always looking for customer suggestions on new brands/lines that I can carry.
Shipping:
All items that our cart allows you to purchase are in-stock and ready to be shipped. Orders will be shipped either same or next business day from Eau Claire, WI. Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Heavy orders, including orders with more than one dozen prefolds, might be shipped via UPS ground or FedEx dependant upon where the order is going. Shipping cost is currently at a flat rate of $6 per order with orders over $100 receiving FREE SHIPPING! I am working on ways to offer free shipping on covers and more precise shipping quotes/fees. Privacy:
Your personal information is only used to process your order. Personal information will never be sold or shared with a third party.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 (thirty) days if the products are in new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags and packaging in tact. All refunds will be made in the form of in-store credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that we feel have been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If buyer receives free shipping on the order and then returns all of the products, our shipping costs will be deducted from the in-store credit that is issued.
Manufacturer Defects:
If you find that any of your products have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us. Most manufacturers like to handle these rare situations directly, so we will give you the appropriate contact information.
